Positive thinking is a very powerful tool. Power affirmations can create positive effects in every area of your life. Whether it is Wealth, self esteem or health you are seeking. So how do you use powerful affirmations correctly?

Step 1:

Identify what areas in your life are not going well. Take a long honest look at your life and make a list of things you would like to change.

Step 2:

 read you list and next to every sentence write its positive opposite. If you wrote "I feel lonely and sad" write next to it something like "My life is full of wonderful Joyce people". Once you have finished cross the negative statements and let them go.

Step 3: 

 When you have finish the previous step you should have a nice long list of power affirmations to use. Now you have to make time every day to sit for half an hour for practice.

Step 4 :

 before every power affirmations session, sit for ten minutes and meditate to clear your mind. Practicing in a relaxed and focused state of mind is the most effective way to go.

Step 5 : 

Choose three power affirmations that are the most important to you right now. And work these three for a whole month. Once you have finished them more on to the next three.

Step 6 :

Read the powerful affirmations one by one, take your time to imagine how it feels to already have what is written. Do this for 10 minutes with every one of your chosen positive sentences.

 Step 7 :

 This process should take you around 40 minutes. Once you have finished, let everything you just did go. Now it's your subconscious mind and the universes turn to9 deliver. Repeat this process 30 days and you will start observing positive change in the areas you are working on.

 Power affirmations can really make a huge difference in your life, but you must practice every day until they become your second nature
